Free furnishings – we can fully furnish the property ourselves, or add our furniture to yours. We will have full responsibility for the furniture, dealing with all issues
Free appliances – where required we can purchase, install and maintain the appliances our professional tenants require
Bills – we pay the council tax and utilities/internet bills and can sometimes include boiler cover
Compliance - we work with the council to ensure the property is safe and inline with their standards
Landlord is only required to pay the mortgage, ensure adequate building insurance and is responsible for the building structure and heating (e.g. major boiler issues)
